These terms are the agreement between you and FairCall for using the FairCall calling app. By tapping Agree, you confirm you have read them and the Privacy Policy, and that you want to use FairCall.
The service
FairCall lets you place and receive internet calls from this phone, keep contacts and chats on the device, and hold calling credit in a FairCall wallet. In-app numbers stay on FairCall. International numbers leave FairCall over a phone-network partner. We work to keep the service available, but calls can fail when the network, the other party, or a destination carrier is down.
Your account
You must use a mobile number you control. Keep your sign-in codes private. You are responsible for calls and top-ups made while signed in on this phone. FairCall is not for children under 13.
Wallet and payments
Calling credit lives on your FairCall number. You add credit with a card or Mobile Money. FairCall only adds credit after the payment is complete. Packs are face value in US dollars. FairCall prices the checkout in your local currency from a live Morningstar market rate (the same family of rates Google shows). Checkout may collect that currency or convert it when the payment method you pick needs another one. If no live rate is available, the top-up does not start. Minutes for international calls come off this wallet at the rates shown in FairCall. Partner network costs are billed to FairCall, not as a second charge to you.
Rates and changes
Per-minute rates are listed in the app. We may update rates, packs, or features. If we change these terms or the Privacy Policy in a way that affects you, FairCall will ask you to agree again before you keep using the app.
Acceptable use
Use FairCall for lawful personal or business calling. Do not spam, harass, commit fraud, probe other people’s accounts, or try to route traffic around billing. We may suspend a number that breaks these rules so other customers stay safe.
Your content and contacts
Contacts you allow or type in, plus chats on this phone, stay under your control as described in the Privacy Policy. You grant FairCall the limited right to process that information only to operate calling, messaging, and your wallet.
If something goes wrong
Internet calling depends on your connection and on other networks. FairCall is not liable for missed calls, quality on a weak network, or losses beyond the unused credit in your FairCall wallet, except where the law says we cannot limit that. Nothing here takes away rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.
Ending the account
You can sign out at any time. Uninstalling removes the local copy of chats and settings. Wallet credit stays on the pay server against your number until you spend it or ask us to close the account. Email privacy@fair-call.com from the address on the account to request deletion.
