Delete your FairCall account

You can delete your account from the app in a few taps, or ask us to do it by email.

In the app

  1. 1. Open FairCall and tap Menu at the top left.
  2. 2. Tap Settings.
  3. 3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account, then confirm.

By email

Can't open the app? Email us from the address on your FairCall account and include the mobile number you signed up with. We reply to confirm once your account is deleted.

Or write to privacy@fair-call.com.

What gets deleted

  • Your name, mobile number and email on FairCall's server.
  • Your FairCall wallet, including any remaining credit.
  • FairCall data stored on your phone (contacts you added, call history, chats).

What we keep

Payment and call amounts are kept for accounting and tax records, without your name, number or email. See the Privacy Policy.
